Speedway wanted to have an online promotion to give away 1 year of free coffee. A user would register with the site, and would be able to create up to three unique coffee recipes. These three unique coffee recipes would be posted within this system for users to vote upon. The person with the most votes, and highest star rating, wins the grand prize. This system included the following items:

Link: The Speedy-Cafe.com website was shut down by Speedway once spring hit, due to the coffee season being over.

Figure 01: The category list shown here is a dynamic menu that populates from the database. Once you start creating a recipe, you select the ingredient you want, and drag it to the cup.

Figure 02: Once an ingredient has been pulled to the cup, an addition box pops up to see how much you want to add. Coffee’s are limited to 100%, to represent a full cup, while creamers can have a max of 10.

Figure 03: Once you click ‘Add’, that ingredient will show up on the left hand side under the ‘Current Recipe Ingredients’ header. This menu will show you how much of each item you have added in your recipe. Once you have completed adding your ingredients, you can personalize the name of your coffee recipe.

Figure 04: After your recipe has been submitted, you have the option of giving you coffee cup a little flavor. You can add an assortment of items like a Top Hat, a Fanny Pack, Belt, Eyes, Mustache, and many others.
